This machine is composed of three parts: host, auxiliary machine, and electronic control box. It has many characteristics such as wind selection, no sieve, no net, and uniform particle size. The machine passes through the feed inlet screw feeder and sends the material into the comminution chamber between the body and the guide coil. Under the impact of the high-speed rotating blade in the comminution chamber, the material is thrown toward the ring fixed on the body, causing impact. Cut, as well as materials and materials, The material collides with the blade and the gear ring, and the friction and shear are alternately crushed. After the crushed material, under the pull force of the negative pressure air flow, the small powder grains overcome their self-weight and cross the guide circle with the air flow to enter the grading room. The graded impeller consists of leaves. The high-speed rotating blade produces centrifugal force opposite to the negative pressure. The powder particles that sink into the leaf path are also affected by the centripetal force of the negative pressure air flow, the weight of the powder particles, and the centrifugal force generated by the impeller. Particles larger than the critical diameter(graded particle size) in the powder particles are thrown back into the comminution chamber due to their large mass, and particles smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone collector through the discharge valve. The higher the rotation speed of the graded impeller, the finer the graded powder, and the adjustment of the rotation of the graded impeller is the decisive factor in controlling the size of the powder.
