This machine is mainly composed of feed pipe, manual gate, spiral body, transmission and other parts.
1, feed pipe(artificial Hopper) and manual gate
The feed pipe is a transitional connection between the machine and the feed warehouse(which can be configured as a human feed Hopper). The gate is mainly used to control the feed feed feed and has the function of adjusting the feed amount appropriately.
2, spiral
The spiral body is made up of spiral conveyor blades and steel pipe shafts. It is the main component used to quantitatively transport materials. In order to prevent the material from being blocked in the conveyor tank, the spiral body adopts spiral blades with variable pitch.
3, transmission
The equipment adopts cycloidal needle wheel reducer(or other decelerating motor) to change the speed ratio of the transmission through the mix of different sprockets to obtain the required speed of the spiral body, so as to ensure the quantitative transport of materials.
The position of the reducer can be placed on the side, or it can be placed below, or it can be directly connected.
