A double helix blade is arranged on the main shaft of the mixing machine. The internal helix transports the material to the outside, and the external helix gathers the material to the inside. Under the convective motion of double helix, the material forms a low dynamic and efficient mixing environment. The inner and outer diameter screw mounted on the mixing shaft drives the material in the barrel, so that the mixer turns the material in the barrel to the maximum extent. When the mixing device is working, the inner spiral drives the material near the axis to rotate, the axial direction is driven from inside to both sides, the outer spiral drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate the axis, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside. The mixture can be evenly mixed in a short period of time.

 

The horizontal spiral belt mixer is basically composed of a mixing warehouse, a blender, and a drive device. The U-shaped tubular compartment is equipped with a double layer of dissimilar spiral belt coiled shaft, and the outer spiral belt is driven by power. The coiling form is used to push the material from the two ends of the U-shaped warehouse to the central zone in conjunction with the rotation direction, while the inner spiral belt pushes the material from the middle to the two ends to form a convection mixture. The center of the bottom of the horizontal cylinder of the mixing machine is set up with a feed outlet. The spiral structure of the outer spiral belt is used to drive the inside material of the cylinder wall to the central feed outlet in the rotation direction of the spindle to ensure that there is no dead angle in the material output of the cylinder.
